May not have been on top of our game but still created multiple chances, and its our inability to take chances that is our main undoing…

No it wasn’t. There also isn’t much room for criticism with the execution. It’s a good example to use to illustrate how barmy it was we didn’t score, but it’s just a tired reflex to focus on him and that one as a criticism of our wastefulness
