Yes, but sub-par playing conditions favour the team with the strongest mindset and highest morale. Right now, I think our morale is higher than theirs, so I don’t think it is more detrimental to us than to them. For them, being in a ditch like they are, playing away on a sour day is harder than on a summer day, I would imagine.
But absolutely, wet pitch can create problematic situations for both teams. But again, I personally think grim weather ought to favour the team with the highest morale. Because they are not used to playing in such conditions more than we are.
There are no goals in this United side from open play, so it’s guaranteed they’re going to try to shithouse a goal somehow, likely Bruno diving around in our box looking for a penno.
