To me this highlights one of our CB issues. If Quansah is your fourth choice the gap to your fifth shouldn’t be as big as to a lad who has never seen first team football.
And I don’t think Quansah has been great for two of their goals. Completely sold himself on the first, should have been in a better position to cut that ball out near post on the third. In his defence, he’s got a left back partnering him.

Our fifth choice CB should be Endo. And I think he should be playing there tonight.

See, I think you can given Konate’s issues. Even if that fifth option was someone to compete with Quansah. I just don’t think you can have four first team and then your next option be a DM that isn’t fancied or a kid with zero experience. That gap is just too big.

But even if we are just treating the game as a runaround, there is still absolutely zero sense playing Robbo at CB. It’s not as if we’re looking to move him there, or even that he’d be an option. It’s a move that is terrible for us defensively, we learn nothing from, and it isn’t even like he is a young player who would benefit from the experience.
