Premier League 2020/21 (Part 1)

I think Pereira is still injured. One of them will have to shift when he gets back. Will be interesting to see which one. Or as Zoran mentioned, if they buy a LB before the close.

Ouch! What an absolute disaster from Richarlison. That’s an epic miss.

Richardlison completely skied that shot. Wow, that was Raheem’s level!

Didn’t even look up, could have easily stopped the ball and square it.

Carlo is a quality manager, much as we enjoy watching them finish midtable he will improve them especially now he has been backed in the transfer market this summer. They should be top 6 easily I think.

Another gaping net, all Kane needed was his longer toes. But nope.

Pereira is one of Leicester’s best players IMO, I’d rather him as one of the top 3 right backs in the league. If Castagne is that good play one of them at LB.

Their back four and keeper are still shite though. I think they’ll improve but I’m not convinced they’ll be good enough to finish above the ‘traditional’ top six, or that on paper they are any better than Wolves or Leicester.

I am probably the odd man out. Hoping for an Everton win, so they can be a bit high up the table for a few weeks and initiate some nice rivalry. That, and Mourinho losing is a positive.

Allan is certainly a dramatic one, isn’t he? And by that I mean an absolute con artist with his theatrics. He’s going to be a problem in tight matches.

I’ll give you the CBs and keeper, but I think their FBs are among the best in the league.

He also won BBC Sports Personality of the Year despite being devoid of anything that resembles a personality.

Hoping both drop points so 0-0 would be good both failing to score.

It seems Liverpool, the two Manchesters and Chelsea are the only solid Top Six candidates. Five other teams vie for the final two spots: Arse, Totts, Wolves, LC and Everton. Everton certainly look at least as lively as Tottenham here, if not more so.

That was a powerful header by Calvert Lewin
squeezed on between 2 defenders.

Neither Spurs player, Dier or Alderweild, even jumped! Really nice goal and taking nothing away from the execution but those 2 players didn’t even try!!

As much as Neville wants to praise Everton, this is a woeful Spurs performance.

“Calvert Lewin benefited from Ferguson” you are kidding right? One dimensional flat track bully, Lewin looks like a talented footballer.
