Premier League 2020/21 (Part 1)

Speaking about closest, felt it could be maybe us under Rodgers, when Martinez was there. But in terms of both teams being at the top, you’d probably have to go back to the 80’s. I guess.

Remember it well. Ings scored. Rodgers said it was “a good point.” Minutes after walking away from the interview, he was sacked. Guess it wasn’t such a good point!

It’s fucking glorious weather in Leeds. Can’t wait for this, in all the mud and the blood.

City players trying to look angry.

Black versus white. Perfect symbolism.

City players screaming for the penalty. Why can’t you just win coventionally?

But wow what a shot !

Leeds showing you how not to press just there, that was far too easy for City to play through them. Keep that up and it’ll be an easy day’s work for the CAS champions.

City are playing exactly as you’d expect. Leeds look a bit slow so far.

Man City have Leeds well on the back foot here. Come on Leeds!

As for Everton, yes, they can go toe to toe with us in a given match. They are a good side. Toe to toe over the course of a season? Nope. Although I think they have an outside chance at a run for top four. Even if they don’t do that, they will finish above Man Utd and claim Europa.

Edit
Provided they don’t bin Ole too soon and bring someone competent in.

Leeds are doing what two thirds of the league have done the last few years sitting in and defending.

Crap effort that. Should at least get that on target.

Was expecting more excitement this is dull.

No marking from City (Walker). Leeds wasted a perfect chance.

You referring to Bamford’s elbow in Laporte’s face?

Good chance for Leeds. They will get a couple more if they counter well.
