They had a pretty good one, but they were not pleased that he was not able to take them higher up the table and that they were fighting in the bottom half. He did not have an easy job though, which they now seem to realise…

Southampton’s squad is dreadful, they have no quality in midfield or up front. Down for sure.
I’m sure Bella Kotchap and Salisu will get decent moves from it though.

Assistant ref’s walkie talkie took 7mins to fix apparently.
Actually that is kind of my point. We can be terrible now, but as long as we establish the momentum and keep winning no matter how we play, we have a chance.

The players are showing elements of their game that make it easier to dislike them as a club. Guimares had 2 separate incidents in 2 minutes that would have been a red card if only the player he confronted threw themselves on the ground the way Anderson did with Nunez

As it stands then ( assuming City only grab a point here ) and apart from Utd winning it’s not been a bad set of results for us.
We have picked up at least 2 points on all the teams above us.
