Man City are obvious favourites but imagine Tottenham continuing to beat the weaker sides and get something out of their game(s) against Man City…
They are undefeated for a reason, they look like a team, rejuvenated and vibrant and not relying on one or two players. They don’t play midweek games, so they’ll have less fatigue and injuries. They beat us and Sheffield United in additional time, stuff like that will surely galvanise them.
They also have games against us and Arsenal already out of the way, so the only equally or more difficult team they’ll face is Man City. I can see why there’s sudden optimism around them.
