Premier League 2023/24 (Part 1)

Not the way the rules are written though. Endangering an opponent, but only half way up the shin…so can break ankles

Penalty Razza

And it’s 1-0 Palmer

Bit silly from Diop wasn’t it?

Palmer scores his 5th goal for Chelsea from the spot so I guess he’s back to being the best youngster in the world.

Only just hit me as well how fucking ugly Palmer is, which makes it a whole lot more unbearable.

The way the commentators reacted, you’d think Palmer had scored a volley from 50 yards!

That hair cut doesn’t help. He needs to have it dyed white on top so he really stands out from the crowd of other young footballers.

Ball strikes the torso of a Chelsea player in the box. There is no real shout for a penalty but the US commentary raises it as a possibility. Replays show the arms are behind his back and the ball strikes him from 2 yards away on his arm/torso justifying the lack of appeal. They then go into a long debate about handball being a minefield “what are defenders supposed to do?” Ignoring that it was not in fact considered a handball and they were the only people in the ground making anything of it

Fulham can play until Christmas without scoring a goal …

Gallagher off the post, some attempt with the outside of his foot there.

Please score this FK Willian. Wow, players still think it’s good idea to go for power over placement when you’re 20 yards out. What a waste.

Drat…

Kelleher not clearing that one.

Maybe this win puts some pressure on Newcastle :man_shrugging:t2:

Chelsea made incredibly hard work of that.

£1 billion for that dross?

If you put an woman’s wig on Gordon he would look like an old woman down on their luck
