Yeah but probably more to keep him fresh for City rather than merit on form.
Rested
I’ll take it given the injuries but that midfield makes me nervous.
That said any midfield we currently put out makes me nervous.
Note no Thiago
Put out to grass :0)
Was packed to the brim this past Sunday…
I’ll head that way. Thanks!
IMO it will look like:
Or as Klopp sees it, Bobby as the second striker off of Núñez in a 4-4-2.
Happy with Salah benched. I just hope his ego can handle it. He needs a break and a kickstart. He has had a terrible season so far (compared to his skill ceiling) and I am hopeful his replacement will play at least as good as he would have done. Hopefully Salah can improve and find form in training.
On paper, I like this team.
rested
For what ?
He needs to find form and we have been unable to play him into form so far. Others deserve his place right now. But sure, maybe Klopp starts him against City, I don’t know. But I don’t see why he needs to start. He makes many good runs but is completely ineffective at current. His replacement may actually play better.
Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Elliot-Fabio-Nunez and Bobby up top.
But can see some room for rotation during spells.
Scottish Premiership is shit so how many are we scoring tonight?
Since we are in for guesswork, Rangers 1 - Liverpool 3.
I think we will win convincingly, but I don’t think we will crush them. We will probably concede a goal on a set piece or a counter attack and then score a few more ourselves because we just are significantly better in quality despite our awful form.
Smash them we’re shit, I mean they’re shit
Comment of the day !
Well it could be expected that Thiago is rested. Salah less so, but he played an unbelieveble chunk of minutes over the last few months (not to mention the last few seasons!).
I like this team, let’s hope we build a decent lead early and use some subs. Hendo and Tsimikas could use some rest in my opinion (to be taken off around 60’ mark).
As long as they score less than us,we get no new injuries and 3 points
A win tonight and we can celebrate the return of the ‘play the kids in the last two group stage games’ crew
Nunez brace and a cheeky Bobby no-look. 0-3 and we build to the weekend.
Nah. 1-3.
You forgot that Rangers will inevitably score first; your scenario to follow.
