We were being over run when Firmino came on, we didn’t have any possession to talk about. So I haven’t a clue what you disagree with. 
And that’s why we were being overrun, because the central pass that kept getting played was being overturned by our forwards 
they were pressing our CM hard. they wouldn’t even bother with the back line. Inter just set traps on the receipient of the first pass and went for the turnover. So yes, the midfield was being pressured. so we played a lot of balls up the wings or over the top. Once Bobby dropped in and settled, he was able to add an extra body to the middle and create a mismatch of numbers. it always leaves a player open to receieve. this is why they practice Rondo’s, for quick ball movement under the press.

One of there main and most effectuve traps was on Trent, he was closed down quickly as was his normal passing angles and they nullified his game. This did improve with Diaz on as then the switch of play from Trent was on.

Yeah, I think we have a real dilemma. Jota’s goals are so important, but Bobby’s overall contribution is badly missed when Jota is in the middle. With Mo’s form maybe its worth throwing Mane on the right as a way of accommodating both Bobby and Jota.
