Yes, we wanted him at a certain price. Look we made a play for two players and we came out 2nd best to a team offering more money and longer contracts. It happens, its business. there will always be someone bigger, better or with more money than you. Its only embarrassing because immature kids playing and high-fiving each other on social media say so. Chelsea still have so many holes to fill, lets see were they end up season’s end. There is so much work yet to do, everyone just needs to chill and stay off X or twitter or whatever its called

Dunno about that one. We signed Konchesky, Cole, and Jovanovic under Roy. We signed El Hadj Diouf when we should have bought Anelka. The Balotelli window was top notch. Alex Texiera was an odd one, especially after being beaten to Siggurdson (thank fuck for not signing him) and Salah the first time round. Adams, Downing, and Carroll. We’ve had plenty of shockers

This window we’ve signed two midfielders that look top class in Szobozslai and MacAllister. There’s time left to get a holding mid. Nowhere near our worst window by any metric. Just a bit frustrating to have Cheatsea flagrantly flaunting FFP, but not the end of the world. Didn’t work for them last season and I’d be surprised if it did this season, especially when the man they’re trusting to run things is Pochettino; who couldn’t even win the league with PSG.

Not worth much. 
I’m surprised he’d choose to sit on Chelsea’s bench. Unless he’s impeccable in the chances he gets, Chelsea will just buy another shiny thing in the winter and try to force him out on loan at some point.
Half of these players aren’t even going to get a chance there. They’re already replacing players they bought last summer… baffling that would be his decision, but he obviously doesn’t have the right mindset if so.

Chelsea are paying Caicedo around £250,000 to £300,000 a week. A 21 year old.
They’ll be offering double at least to what we’d offer Lavia.
Enzo is on £315,000 grand a week.
Nothing to do with negotiation tactics.

Thanks fuck we delayed Lavia and Caicedo deals so that Chelsea couldn’t play them vs us. Imagine how one sided the game would have been. At the end of the day we manufactured a point towards top 10 without spending £170m. Well played.
