Sadio Mane (LW) to Bayern

You’re on thin fucking ice, mate.

Maybe consider not getting so worked up about these unimportant things. Will serve you better in the long run

But 3! :joy:

The 30-year-old had initially intended to make an announcement about his future after the Champions League final but decided against it after the heartbreak of defeat to Real Madrid.

His mind was already made up. Sources close to the player say Bayern’s pitch that he would become their main man — coupled with the feeling that he was under-valued at Liverpool — convinced him that it was time for a change.

Mane, who followed up scoring a hat-trick against Benin with a late winner against Rwanda this week, has sought to make light of the speculation when he has faced the media while away on international duty.

He’s desperate to leave Anfield on good terms and doesn’t want to disrespect supporters who have shown him such warmth over the past six years. He had hoped by now an agreement between the clubs would have been in place that suited all parties.

How many Grands Prix is that?

Ward should use these stats to squeeze an extra 10m out of Bayern.

Although that was probably a few hattricks, but who cares.

What a player.

Damn. Just beat me to it! Seems like we aren’t the only ones Bayern are lowballing / disrespecting.

Do Bayern have cash flow problems?

Bayern seem to think they can run roughshod over other Bundesliga teams and they probably do. But LFC are different.

And how gutted must Mane feel to see that Bayern rate him so low ?

I’m sure their valuation of him is reflected in the salary they’ve offered.

Similar to one of the spice girls trying to tell Adele how to sing better

Since Bayern are taking a piss with such derogatory offers, I would return the favour with a counter offer. 40M up front + Musiala

From my understanding, Bayern are looking at the Thiago situation and saying to Liverpool “Look, we did you a decent fee for Thiago, return the favour”, whereas we are (rightly) not falling for that. Their own striker, in the last year of his contract, is up around 40m, then ours should be too. Bayern will be offering Mane less money too than they are paying Lewa I suspect.

Up the hard ball negotiating Reds.

“You bent us over, can we do the same to you?”

“No thanks, we only like it one way”
