Summer Transfer Window 2021

He said he was going to win the Balon D’or. I assume no club has been good enough for him to achieve that thus far and he’s now trying it in Turkey?

Because he’s rich :money_mouth_face:

Bruno Costa from Portimoense to Porto for £2.2m.
Mike Tresor Ndayishimiye from Willem II to Genk for £3.1m.
Pablo Maffeo from Stuttgart to Mallorca on loan, £450k fee.
Robin Quaison from Mainz to Al-Ettifaq on a free.
Jessic Ngankam from Hertha to Greuter Furth on a free.
Michael Olise from Reading to Palace for £8.3m.

Balotelli’s 31 in August. Never really had the work ethic, did he? All the talent in the world, though. Probably will be a big distraction at Demirspor. Could lead them right back out of the Super League.

Ingsy would be a great last 30’ player for those second tier clubs in the top half.

Great signing for Palace, good fee to get him for as well. Could easily have the same impact as Eze last season.

Pau Lopez from Roma to Marseille on loan.
Olarenwayu Kayode from Shakhtar to Sivasspor on loan.
Niklas Dorsch from Gent to Augsburg for £6.3m.

Yeah surprised more clubs didn’t go for him. Bet he’s linked with us next season for £50mil.

It’s rumoured that Coutinho is going to Wolves. A prominent local businessman, the ‘quality veg man’, would have us believe that Coutinho has been spotted at some hotel somewhere in Staffordshire.

Jae-sung Lee from Holstein to Mainz on a free.
Matias Dituro from Universidad Catolica to Celta on loan.
Darian Males from Inter to Basel on loan.
Filip Stevanovic from City to Heerenveen on loan.

That, to me, is a savvy piece of business for Barca. The kid scored 6 goals for Rapid Vienna as a 17-year-old. That buyout clause seems very cheap if he progresses at all. I’m only curious as to what’s in it for Vienna. Why not let him continue to mature in their first team?

Hertha is in for Maxwell Cornet of Lyon. Glad to see the club recruiting attackers. Also reported the talks with Leeds over Cunha have broken down. Suits me fine, hope he stays.

Fredi Bobic with some strong words for Cunha:

If he completely commits to Hertha, he’s a player we don’t have to worry about. If he wants to move on, it will only happen if the price is right. It’s simple: either you commit completely and dig in - or you bring up something else that makes sense.

“I had the feeling that the agent thought that was great. That was a clear statement, he can deal with that. And it’s not like there are 20 clubs lining up right now.”

Except that Cornet was turned to mainly a LB last season at Lyon.

I didn’t know that! :see_no_evil:

EDIT: wow just looked, Lyon really did use him quite a lot at left back. Makes me wonder how Hertha is recruiting him. Just read tonight Burnley is in for him as well which seems surprising.

Jesper Lindstrom from Brondby to Eintracht for £6.3m.
