Well, it hasn’t been working. Ali bowling rubbish so far.

Good Wood!

Khwajarjar goes

You’ll find that one of the reasons for giving Moeen some overs now is to hasten the degradation of the ball. The ball needs to get scuffed up one on side to degrade faster and therefore allow the ball to swing/seam more.

Nearly got Labuschangne there Wood!

England is going to win the series.

They’ve been the better side for most of the series. Easily could have been them 2-1 up and this being the decider

Ifti, please don’t hex us.

The journalists writing eulogies for bazball , wonder if they can eat those words ?

Think we need at least 4 wickets this evening. There won’t be any or very little play tomorrow and maybe not much on Sunday…

That will be tough. Getting these two is a major challenge.

Interesting that the beeb never show the umpire raising his finger, so was he actually given out?

Battered by Crawley one day, battered by Bairstow the next. Embarrassing.

Wood giving us hope.

Head goes as well. One more wicket now and would be almost curtains.

Well this goose is cooked. Rain radar looks absolutely shocking. Solid heavy rain for two days straight. I can’t see even an hour of play looking at the forecast. England just hitting their stride too. Just a little too late.

Try not to sound too smug, only the rain can save you now. You’ve been seriously spanked again!

The forecast was saying today was a washout for half of it.

England should only need a couple of hours to clean the Aussies up.

I would never tell someone to give up hope, and like you say, forecasts can change, but they’ve changed for the worse on every update since yesterday midday.

They’re not even in the same postcode - Warner is an uncouth bogan little idiot whereas if Broad played for Australia he’d be considered the most likeable and charismatic of the team plus he’s actually had the career to back it up.
