The Lankan cricket team are utter shit. They had a good period when they made very good players like Sanga, Murali , Mahela etc… but their lack of investment in the cricket game is telling now.

Feared they might have taken a bit of tap today but to be fair the England bowlers have done a fantastic job there, Mahmood and Parkinson were particularly impressive.

Entertaining showing from Salt and Vince so far, helped by some poor bowling by Pakistan after a good opening spell. Such a shame Vince has shat the bed so often in his England career, lovely player to watch.

Don’t be too harsh on Zimbabwe. Remember Jason Gillespie scored 201 not out against Bangladesh in 2006
