Yesterday was the first time I felt uncomfortable with UAE doing what they were doing.
The riders, really good ones spat out the back of that lead group before Pogi went off felt a bit weird.
Thatâs before Pogi lit up. Closing a 41 second gap in 850m is nuts.
Yeah the superhuman thing can only go so far. Really like Pog but canât help feeling that we are just looking at EPO gen 2.0 type situation.
It wasnât Pog so much, we know heâs better than everyone else, it was the whole UAE team.
They dropped the likes of Sepp Kuss, Jorgenson, Lipowitz, Ayuso and so on. And then youâve got Yates leading the charge at the end.
I know Yates and co. are all top drawer but dropping others like that started to feel weird. Del Toro struggled which is a saving grace I guess, but Iâd never thought they would isolate Vingegaard like that.
Did you know Pog has won on 53%of his race days this year so far?
Was 2 years ago. I think going up Alp dâHuez. Pog flew past the challengers and they looked at him with pure shock. Seemed supernatural
He has also never failed to finish a UCI stage race.
Pidcock close to the podium.
Something doesnât feel right with Visma for me. I only saw highlights and they were content or unable to do anything with the breakaway. Then their riders were dropped.
Armstrong, the unflushable turd
Iâm not even sure thatâs a grimace from Pog on the last climb today when he blew everyone away. Itâs more like a laugh from him. Bloody sadist! ![]()
I hope Seixas can get on the podium.
Crazy good stage today I thought. Brutal climbs tomorrow.
Watching the replay from today. Canât believe Vingegaard crashed out from this year TdF. ![]()
Bad. All the talk is about the 2am drugs call.
Big talking point for me is the good day Remco had. Unexpected to get the win after Pog played domestique for del Toro.
Quinn Simmons too. Hell of a ride.

I think we just lost Florian Lipowitz in todayâs individual time trial. Crashed at a corner into a padded barrier, but hit the kerb/curb pretty hard. He was 3rd before the crash. Cattaneo watched his teammate crashed while in the hot seat with hands on his head.
Remco beat Pog in todayâs TT. A Belgian winning on Belgium Day. Two wins in a row with the rest day in between, pretty good!
Interesting dynamic now is how much will Pogi look after del Toro given the gap to Seixas.
McNulty (UAE) abandoned the tour today. Commentators claimed that there is an illness going on with Team UAE.
Pog single-handedly spent 4km to catch up to Carapaz and Martinez (paid for their cat and mouse game), then blew them away in the last 500+m.
Seixas and del Toro did pretty well.
Team UAE illness? Itâs a ruse.
171 kms for tomorrow Queens stage (stage 20). Itâs going to be interesting watch.
