Is that the meta one where he plays a fictionalized version of himself?
watching Kingman the golden circle…
Elton John, comedy gold!
See How They Run on Disney+ is a nice Sunday evening watch. I always have time for Sam Rockwell.
Watched a Korean film called ‘Decision to Leave’ this evening. Long winded, pretentious and boring.
Good acting and cinematography, but went on forever.
I can’t say I’d recommend it.
Its actually pretty good.
The trench scenes were harrowing. The dirt and filth these young men endured, just before dying…
From the Comments section below the video:
Ironic that Leonard Nimoy is the only one in the video not wearing pointed ears.
Had some spare time lately, so I went over a few films that I didn’t have time to see earlier. The Black Phone was decent (I expected it to be much darker in a non-conventional manner, though), as was Men (this one fits perfectly into A24 palette), Nope was really good (I admire Peele’s satirical horror approach very much) but What Josiah Saw was the pick of the bunch.
It left me completely drained. It really has to be one of the best films I’ve ever seen, even though I found it thoroughly unsettling and disheartening and disturbing, it’s not a film anyone will love for its effect on the viewer. Career-best performance from Robert Patrick, though, in my opinion.
Finally, finally managed to watch Everything Everywhere All at Once.
My suspicion was this was going to be a bit of a let down after seeing some of the reviews, but I’m happy to say it was close to perfect.
The Foreigner
Enjoyed this far more than I thought I would. Very well crafted from start to finish predominantly down to the work of Jackie Chan. Highly entertaining, fast paced with plenty of thrills.

i wouldnt mind so much,
but the wife fell asleep with the remote hidden under her blanket 20 mins before the end,
was too scared to look for it incase she woke…
Loved the first John Wick movie. Found the next two somewhat disappointing, but perhaps thats more about me and where they took the story. Wasn’t planning to bother with the next one but that video may have dragged me back in!
Very similar to Matrix. Absolutely stunning first movie with a little ho hum afterwards but we still watched them as we loved the original. That’s the beauty of Toy Story. 2 and 3 are as good if not better than the original. We don’t talk about 4………
