In a pub , depends on the place. There are a couple of places which make their own cider. As long as the cider isn’t too sweet , I’m okay with.
Had a mango cider the other day which was shit.
Some things just shouldn’t be attempted.

Would in theory be okay with an unripe mango. But fuck knows what they were trying to do with their recipe

Truth be told, I’ve done the round of lagers, beers, IPAs, CAMRA membership (dark days), beer festivals, tastings, sessions, the train to Stayleybridge and all assorted pubs and bars that do crafted ales.
I now drink Strongbow by the gallon. Made of apples, mostly apples. Thanks Terry

christ that’s one fuck of a scotch though. I can taste the smoky peat already. you’d need the Moretti to cleanse the tongue

well, going with my roller-coaster personality it should be no surprise that I’d be drinking a homemade margarita. the base recipe:
4oz tequila
2oz fresh squeezed lime
splash of pineapple or mango juice
one egg white
1oz simple sugar from agave syrup
throw into a small blender and blast until the egg white froths.
Immediately pour into a glass full of ice and serve.
if anyone cares, I use Cazadores or Hornitos. sometimes a mix of reposado and blanco depending on what I have on hand. sometimes 1800 repo if I don’t have the others.

I remember being at an omelette station in Vegas first time we went. Person in front of me asked for an egg white omelette.
Most refreshing drink ever…red hot day after walking over hill n dale…a pint of Cider shandy…
