He’s on a 1+1 deal. Yes, The agent fees are what kept other clubs from taking a gamble on him. But 10 million pounds a year isn’t Sanchez level salary.

I can’t see Ole been sacked simply he is a yes man. Imagine all the noise been made by Jose if he was still there about no transfers. Ole has said didley squat he knows himself he leaves Man U never getting another big job.

I understood the argument for looking for a new forward, because you dont want a situation in which you have to play Greenwood and to a lesser extent Rashford all season. But buying a central striker does absolutely nothing to address that unless they’re going to push Martial out wide, something that will cause him to pout.
but this game has shown in 10 minutes why it wasnt a forward they really should have focused on.

the most remarkable thing about this game is the complete lack of response from any player or Ole to any of the goals. On the first Maguire tried to find some other player to blame, but after that there has just been a pathetic acceptance for every subsequent goal.
