I imagine Henry is at home, pacing up and down, thinking What do these fucking pricks actually want? They keep tweeting me telling me they want more players and more money spent, and they keep kicking off every time I try and bring more money in 
I can only keep saying that they are good owners. They have shown that their model works. We can compete at the top and find the untapped potential in coaching, scouting, analysis, data to bridge the gap to the big spenders.
But they can’t keep doing shit like this, and I’m quite worried that this actually finishes them off. Maybe if they were unable to bend football to be what they wanted it to be (more akin to an American sport with predictable, guaranteed income) then they were always going to depart.
Personally I think for all their frustrations with us bolshy fans, they would be mad to want to leave, and it would be mad for us to push them. What John Henry ultimately wants (an equal playing field) is within reach if the plays it right.
The collapse of the Super League is embarrassing but there are gains to be had in terms of broadcast and wage restraint if he backs the right horse and argues his case from a position of greater morality.
This episode highlights that football is broken on so many levels, and that will force UEFA back to the table. Real and Barca are absolutely fucked, and that will nullify their influence.
The answer is not more money or guaranteed entry to the elite competition. It’s regulation to ensure that clubs do not risk endangering themselves if they happen to miss out on the big cup.
Real and Barca are the red flags in this process. They are an example of what happens when you let player demands get out of control and fall into a culture of letting the lunatics (ie us) run the asylum. Pérez is not a man Henry should be getting in bed with. He is a fucking maniac, and his motivation for this project was transparently the alleviation of his own club monstrous mis-management. As @Kopstar quite rightly put it, fuck them.
Oh, and John, sack whoever is doing your comma and PR. They are clearly bloody useless.
Anyway, I hope they can move on from this, because they are fundamentally good owners who are prone to occasional massive fuck ups.
Finally, a massive pox on the next poster who drops a ranting tirade slamming FSG for not spending enough money on players. I think I know who it will be. If the last 48 hours have not shown how dangerous this kind of continued, delusional demands for more, more, more, more players, then you are truly beyond help.

It never happens like that. When a new owner comes in, he wants to put down his own mark, and the result is invariably that the manager in place gets sacked after a while, or walks by himself.
Careful what we wish for, lads. fsg have been excellent owners in the whole. They have put us on a stable platform, brought us the success we craved for, and there are good chances that with them still in charge, we’ll enjoy further success down the line.
If they sell up, anyone could come in. From a Mike Ashley type to a new version of g+h. Or even worse, an oil-sheikh from one of the Middle East countries. Imagine Saudi Arabia taking over… 
No, I want them to recognise their error now, and to quickly withdraw from their ill-fated project. Then, a proper apology from them to the fans, to Klopp and the players. Then, we can all move on and regroup for next season.

Well, Atleti, Chesea and Man City out. Woodward resigned from Manure and I expect them out of this shit show too.
But we are still stuck in the mess, FSG refusing to leave. It looks to me that they are much more than participants /founders sounds morre accurately/ and once again they put their corporate interest higher then LFC, the fans, the manager and the players. This deal with Red Bird and Cardinale and the farce that followed called ESL are part of a well thought plan. FSG are hostages of their ambitions and they are ready to sell the soul of the club to get what they want… MONEY, more money and more money.
At least at this moment I feel vindicated for my stance against F$G. I was one of the few here that did not trust them and looks like I have been 100% accurate and all their actions for the last 48 hours show how the fans must be very careful who they choose to trust.
Yeah as I said 3 days ago I had no issues with FSG, I’m still unsure how the Red Sox owner and owner of a club he got through means of some fan pressure thought this was a good idea.
Anyhow if anything good comes out of this is people talk about reforming the game, I know Bayern aren’t saints but Rumenigge seemed a sane voice today with his comments.
As for Perez and Real I hope they drop off the face of this earth.

Sorry, I should be more respectful towards the Vice chairman of the European Super League.
I never hold back towards all the Sheiks and oligarchs in football and John W. Henry proved that he is even worse than them.
It’s hard to see how they can carry on now. The relationship with Klopp is surely beyond repair and how are they going to be welcomed by the fans if they ever return to Anfield?

Yeah, the club has been run properly without cheating and numerous other things like human rights being abused, many other club owners are guilty of. Can’t imagine someone is okay with us being bought by one of these. Yes FSG were wrong, but FFS the last thing I want is for us to cheat our way through FFP etc just so that we can buy some flashy new toys. Fck such success and trophies.
