Maybe it is just me, but in Norway it is common for us to stop and see if we can perform first aid. Maybe it is just me, but I would have stopped, looked at the sky to see if there was another incoming. Unless I saw he was dead while driving past (possible).

I was just about to post that. It does have a Genesis Of The Daleks feel about it. I was reading elsewhere that the Ukrainian drones with AI target selection still require an operator to press the fire button. Although, I expect that fully automated is the next step.
