Every teenager thinks they’re more enlightened than their parents
I blame the parents.
They’ve got a white man kissing a black woman now! It’s political correctness gone mad!
Ramming it down our throats since 1969!
BBC’s The Gold starting in half an hour.
Time to get the hair wash in before settling into that 1.
Basically, it sounds like something completely different from Fawlty Towers but with the character of Basil in it. Probably should be viewed as a separate entity.
I was at BBC TV Centre years ago when they were moving the bulk of the production up to Salford. The chap that was escorting me around mentioned that there had originally only meant to be the single series of Fawlty Towers and as a result the set was broken up rather than stored. When the second series was commissioned they had to build a new set and one of the accountants found out that it was cheaper to rebuild the set than it would have been to store it. Apparently, that changed the policy on how long they stored sets for use at TV Centre.
GB News should be banned from this forum, dirty far right platform full of Daily Fail levels of hate speech.
The guy interviewing Cleese is Dan Wooton the old editor of the s*n… An utter cunt of a cretin… so yeah don’t post that shit on a liverpool forum.
I think we’ll let the site team decide on that. If Cleese had have been on a left wing channel, I’d have posted that one. As he didn’t because he isn’t, I see no issue. It’s the interview that’s interesting, not the platform. If you can’t see past that, that’s your problem.
Dan “shoot 5 takes of me mourning the Queen’s passing” Wootton.
Bellend of the highest order.
Whereas Cleese isn’t.
“Ant Man is on his 3rd stand alone film. We’re out of ideas, guys”
Clearly a result of the cost cutting.it will be interesting to see if we get an increase in quality.
Really intrigued with Full Swing on Netflix.
Probably going binge watch it in over a couple of nights.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Disney+ is fucked, recent films have mostly tanked (Dances with Smurfs 2 excluded) and a company so sure of its direction that it fires the boss late on a Sunday night. Yep, that’s organisation.
Walt would weep.
Started on Queen’s Gambit. Enjoying it so far.
Watched the first 2 episodes of Schitts Creek, my god it’s horrific.
Pun aside, it’s actually very good.
Schitts? Does it go on to change the personalities of the characters based on their situation? Guessing that’s where it heads? Arc and all that?
Dunno mate, I just thought it was funny.
