I think it would be a mistake to not refresh the squad. Weāve seen that movie before. Ideally Iād love to see 3 signings: a left-footed CB, a stud 6, and a right sided attacker/winger. Oh and we need a keeper likely. If that means a player or 2 leaves so be it. Midfield is the obvious choice for an outgoing, and maybe Diaz. Iād be very happy with a summer that looked something like that.

Something weird about Brighton paying that much for Minteh though? Well above market value? Seems odd when Newcastle were willing sellers. Might inflate other prices?
