Florian hasn’t been great to be fair.
I think he did finally get Graverberch right but probably due to the bloke we had doing our transfers that summer.

Completely agree with this. Kerkez looks like a very good player, no frills like Ait-Nouri, just very good at the job on both sides of the ball.
I hadn’t seen much of Kerkez but he handled Mo with ease when we played Bournemouth, and I’ve tried to look at him since. Obviously the sample size isn’t the requisite ten full games, but the impression I quickly got was of a lad who had it.
I would be more than fine with that.
I think the best left back is Alphonso Davies, who is on a free in summer. If there’s a chance for him I would do it, but he looks nailed on for Real Madrid.
Apart from an unlikely move like that, Kerkez looks like he would be a great fit to me.

Davies is a wonderful talent, but has missed 25% of every season he’s had since breaking into the Bayern side because of injury.
