The Unreliable LFC Transfer Rumours Discussion Thread (Part 3)

My guess is AA, Mario and Chiesa

We’re waiting for next season so we can all say ā€œjust like a new signing!ā€

It seems that Nunez isn’t entirely unwanted and it looks like we are in four wheel drive mode for Isak.

Nottingham Forest and Newcastle are both interested in Liverpool and Uruguay striker Darwin Nunez, 25, who looks increasingly likely to leave Anfield. ( Teamtalk , external)

Liverpool’s pursuit of Newcastle United and Sweden striker Alexander Isak, 25, is gaining traction. (Givemesport)

That would be a dream scenario, although I can’t see DN heading even further north.

I’ll do a swap

With Dom’s wife?

If there is some sort of swap, what cash adjustment would we be happy with?

Nunez and 50M in exchange for Isak would be the max I’d go to.

It is possible Newcastle might be interested in other players we have to reduce the cash amount further.

If Nunez is going, I’d prefer to see him go to another league. There is a nagging suspicion he could catch fire at Newcastle, playing regularly and being trusted. The goals he whacked in against the barcodes will linger in their memory, and Nunez could make it a regular thing.

While we nurse Isak along with his poor injury record. Ugh.

Doubt Darwin would try another PL team.

I’d rate him a bit higher than 20m.

I can’t see a situation in which Newcastle would go for him.

Saw this… Seems someone has it all mapped out…

So we’re selling, Kelleher, Gomez, Tsimikas, Endo, Elliott, Nunez, DĆaz and Jota :joy:

Obviously not them all but I wouldn’t be surprised to see any of them sold. Maybe 4-5 of them

Probably more chance of Bajetic going mind.

Lots of stories this weekend about Arsenal and Gyokeres. I cannot get excited about someone who exploded into form at 26 after having moved to Portugal when he was just ok at Coventry 18 months ago, but I can get excited about Arsenal dropping their interest in Isak to switch focus to him.

Frimpong is nailed on…said ā€œalright laā€ to Gravenberch on Dutch camp.
Its done.

It’s still 31.3 here. Where are you?

On my way

Probably 'cause he’s staying there/not affordable.

Good luck with that forward depth.
