Who has achieved more as a manager? Who is the better manager right now?

Arrogance is needed. It’s how you use it effectively that separates people.

Both have huge character flaws no question. Both can still improve as managers. But if you believe Gerrard is a better option than Rodgers right now, then your meme is more appropriate to you than me.

I believe it’s a gif…and your Brendan ship has sailed

As the last to put down the BR flag on this forum, even I can’t agree here.

Yeah, seems to tick the boxes; like faltering in Champions League.

Exactly, like two peas in a pod!

But wouldn’t going from Rangers to the Championship be taking a backward step?

“Huge” character flaws is a bit of exaggeration.

I’m quietly watching the exploits of one Mr Alonso over in Spain.

You are speaking as if we haven’t had first hand experience with Rodgers. He wasn’t good enough then, he isn’t most likely good enough now. There is zero chance of going back to him. Gerrard at this time is a better prospect even by virtue of him being an unknown quantity.

Is he managing now ?

Yup Real Sociedad B, he got them promoted into Segunda B in his second season which is rare for B’s team go that high anymore (only ones that high currently).

Rumours linked him with Moenglabach but I assume he is planning his next up.

I’d love Klopp to do another two years to be fair. I don’t think anyone suits us as well as he does since Kenny.

If Edwards goes I’ll be disappointed but with Ormstein I’ll wait for the club to come out, he was the same one on Henderson so whoever his contact is doesn’t mind rocking the boat, to me it seems it’s been created with a number of factors (end of contract, no new deal, will probably approach him with one, lack of transfer activity, lack of hits).

I did some of this type of analysis for my degree, if he goes he goes but it’s an if not when in my book especially next summer, unless the plan is to get someone in for transistion for when/if Klopp leaves.

What’s Pepijn Lijnders done to warrant mention as a candidate as the next manager. Did he not fail in the Netherlands.

In the last couple of hours we’ve been linked with a moves for Hudson-Odoi, McNeil and Brozovic.

Unreliably of course.

Also apparently Real are no longer pursuing Mbappe this window.

Don’t see us going for Hudson-Odoi, not sure he is the same player as before his injury, and I thought he was off on loan to a German club.

Mcneil would be a popular choice on here but not sure he fills a need in the squad.

Brozovic is just one of those names we’re always linked with it seems.
