It’s also unlikely that Chelsea would do business with us, as we are rivals. Mid table rivals at the moment though! But with a fair wind, both clubs might still hope for top four this season.

No, if we were going to do something,we’d have done it. There’s (almost) no chance we’re leaving it till deadline day and hoping to pick someone up on loan.
In that case, keep Kante and just put 75% of the current team in it and send them back to 2019

You won’t pick a loan up on the first day, still I think Klopp was telling the truth yesterday.

Kante hasn’t played since Chelsea’s draw with SPurs at the beginning of the season. He was expected back by the middle of this month, but still isn’t even making the bench. I’d guess he’s probably a month away from playing even without setbacks.
