In Colombia, all things are possible

Just because it“s been described as “collaborative“ doesnt mean we know the power dynamic in reality.

In terms of it working towards Slot“s perceived needs, perceived by him or them? His lack of trust in Frimpong and even how little he seemed to understand how to use Wirtz could suggest they weren“t players he particularly wanted or thought fitted what he wants

The switch of role and the reorganisation after Klopp does suggest Slot“s impact would be limited and so Iraola“s too.

Of course we should but I’m afraid he is bound for Arse.

Good luck to the lad. Nice to see us spreading our wings in targeting young talent around the globe.

Seems like you prefer to twist the narrative to fit your preconceived views rather than to read what is before you.

Wirtz himself said his decision to join was influenced by the presentation of Slot.

Just because we had a poor season doesn’t mean that they were not aligned on the transfers.

I feel we may have but not sure I know we’ve been linked to a Bournemouth defender.

A new signing saying the manager influenced them? Well i never. That“s me convinced.

In fairness there are some clubs like Nottingham Forest where you would be a fool to let the manager have any influence on your decision because there will be another 3 or 4 over the course of your first season.

Would be great if one day when a player gets the standard ā€˜What attracted you to the club?’ question they were just honest and said the money, there was an article earlier where Antoine Griezmann claimed he has dreamt of playing in the MLS since he was 18. Barca & Atletico must be gutted at being used as stepping stones :joy:

Yes, I was just about to post about him. There’s a short transfer video from Redmen TV about him, and David Lynch also mentioned him as a possible target. I’m just happy if there are any rumors about defenders that make any sense at all.

He“s a good player - dribbles fairly well, good goal scorer, decent enough passer, but not really excepcional at anything. For that money I think you“d want somebody really creative or like a Lampard goal scorer.

Well, nowadays it seems 100 mil doesnt get you much
