Now MI has indicted 16 people in the fake elector scheme. This has legs as there is pretty incontrovertible evidence that the portions of this being charged were part of a coordinated, multi-state endeavor

Most analysts are reading this as a victory for Trump. Further delaying motions are likely to push it beyond Nov 24.
Superseding indictment in the Documents case have just dropped. It looks like the additional charges are related to that “accident” where the pool flooded the server room at Mar a Lago, as the guy who did that has been added to the indictment. Presumably this means they are accusing the 3 of them of purposefully trying to damage the video evidence of the shit they got charged with in the original indictment.
Doesnt seem to meaningfully move the needle for Trump, but likely represents the special counsel determining their case is being progressively strengthened.

It feels like it barely matters now, but in the big one, Smith has allegedly just handed down an indictment to Trump in the Jan 6th investigation for 4 charges (it’s not really a JAN6th investigation, that is just when the visible piece of it happened)

What is Rosen actually trying to say? It reads very much like a Doris Kearns Goodwin piece of him just saying a bunch of stuff about the framers without actually making a point as to why his story is relevant or what point he’s trying to make. I read it twice and couldn’t figure it out.
