Perhaps thats what they actually need first anyway? To build a side with the players who have the engine and professionalism from which they can build upon, even if a step or two below where they want to be.

Weâll be facing another new manager bounce next week.
Only hope is the Glazers are as slow as they usually are. I did think Bayern might be the game and I think it will be now. A win he might get kept til our game as it gives them a week after ours if he loses.
If they donât stay in Europe at all we will probably be facing Steve McClaren.
