UK Politics Thread (Part 1)

This is just nonsensical. By default, if European leaders are democratically elected in their respective countries, the people they together elect to represent the EU collective is democratic. You don’t make sense and it sounds like a Far Right populist Sound Byte.
Unless you view most democratic countries to be undemocratic if they don’t have the Swiss level of detailed democracy, but no one serious does harbour such an opinion and then the UK would be a particularly atrocious example of democracy anyway, with it’s quite undemocratic “First Past the Post System”.

Definitely, I hate those staged photo bollocks. Think it’s from when he was Mayor, six years ago (because my first thought was why aren’t they wearing masks?!).

I wonder if that comes under the guise of Boris trying to illustrate that the UK car industry would boom.

That went well…

I found this thread interesting as I know very little about fishing.

Yeah, about having PMs in stock photos that should probably never have been taken if the photographer had any sense.

Yeah, she is kind of cute in that how naively innocently she delights in her environments in these pictures, but we are probably many who think these pictures are also some what unflattering and pretty stupid. Not the most photogenic person alive, is our Erna Solberg.

How ‘smart’ do you have to be to be sacked for leaking a letter of little value by a method you have been warned in advance could be used to identify who is leaking letters…

Comment from the thread

“Support for the anti-European and Brexit parties in coastal towns and communities has more to do with 40+ years of neglect by UK central government than it has to do with the century-long decline in the fishing industry and the CFP.”

The article would have been better written by Coleen Rooney.

It’s … Andrew Lewer’s account.

Could that mean that aids aren’t taking any notice of what their managers are telling them?

The majority of the UK media would describe her as a blonde bombshell who is showing off her curves.
They would comment on her bazookas and her endless pins.
At the bottom of the article would be links for the price of her clothing and her house.
