UK Politics Thread (Part 1)

I know, I know, I know, but will she go. Its unfathomable, not only is she incapable, she actually is infinitely dense, like the black obelisk at the end of 2001.

Dont start me on Rees-Mogg…how is he even a thing?

I do not remember such paucity of quality; we could muster a better front bench from members here, either side. It is worrying, as never before has there been such arduous challenges. Didn’t it go like this just before WW2 with Chamberlain?

Can anyone name a worse “Big Four” than the current lot?

PM: Bozo is but a blustering buffoon.
Foreign Secretary: Raab is way out of his depth.
Home Secretary: Patel should be taken behind the barn and put out of her misery.

Even the much-lauded Sunak has got it wrong: instead of the furlough scheme, he should’ve introduced UBI.

This quartet are terrible.

I know. To be honest if there is a politician worth following it is Rees-Mogg, purely from a farcical point of view and provided you ignore the fact that he’s supposed to actually be part of a team that governs the country. He’d be more at home in a Harry Enfield sketch I think.

Stugeon is the anit-christ according to most of the media,
due to determination to get Sottish Independence,
and they will do anything, and clutch at any straw they can to make her look silly.

The funny thing is though, it just makes Scottish people dislike and not trust the media even more!

I fully agree, but Sturgeon profited in the media in her profile, when she demanded the head of her med advisor for much the same. Suppose if you live by the sword you can…at any rate, the relatives we have in Fife, suggest she isnt actually that popular and the way forward would be a return to how it was with more powers reserved for the Scottish Assembly, but not independence. We must keep the Union after this damn Brexit.

No-one should trust the media they all have their agendas.

As a side note this has been reported on all the media sites left/middle/right whatever the original source it happened.

That’s interesting given the size of the vote for the SNP last time out and more so from recent polls. There seems to be a real desire to break away.

personally I cant blame them

Sturgeon appears to be less popular than her party.

Well I can understand the frustration as well, consider also someone like me from the north midlands of England, we dont even have an assembly to leverage favour for our region from London and the Home Counties. The proper response, for me, is to end the Londocentric grip on power. I can assure you its not just the Welsh and Scots under that yoke.
