I hope you’re right because when you look around the lockdown doesn’t work and similar stuff has a lot of people listening right now. Farage is obviously jumping on that bandwagon. Fuck he’s low.
Farage is a model of extreme libertarianism. His ethos is people should be allowed to do whatever the fuck they want to/can afford to do and if people get hurt so be it.
It was inevitable he’d latch himself onto Covid.
Pity that COVID hasn’t latched onto him.
Cunt.
Not sure he is a model of extreme libertarianism. He was calling for a lockdown earlier in the year. He is a self serving opportunist.
He is being funded by those backing trump and his political parties are set up as limited companies.
You’re far politer than I am with regard to Farage.
I can see him creating more havoc all over again. Yet another bandwagon.
Reminds me of the fucking AfD around here. No measure was enough in the earliest days of the pandemic, when they could use it as a way of both attacking the government as well as playing to their usual xenophobia - but now these super-authoritarian fascists are all about ‘democracy’ and ‘civil liberties’, yeah right…
They are obviously playing from the same songbook. These groups work together to share ‘best practice’.
I see there is a move to hold a demonstration outside of Labour HQ in support of Corbyn.
Hmmm…recipe for hijacking by neo nazis.
UK raising its terrorism threat level.
Will be interesting to see how Biden winning effects Brexit (if at all). You could almost feel the dissapoinment in Dominic Raabs congratulations to Biden.
Politically Biden has said he wants to engage and get closer to the EU. He considers himself Irish will ensure GFA upheld. It’s also said he dislikes Johnson and considers him as being in the same mold as Trump (not helped by Johnson’s past criticism of Obama and cosying up to Trump).
It might be great for the world Trump is no longer president. Not sure it’s great for the UK/Brexitiers. The UK backed the wrong horse and trade deals will inevitably take a different look and feel.
Hopefully makes a EU deal more likely. Rather than making a hard Brexit just that little bit worse.
Well in again Marcus. Shame on the government it was even an issue.
Boris will have to climb down on the internal market bill wont he? How far i’m not sure.
I’m not sure what hard Brexit is possible now without problems that they cant gloss over.
Jürgen!!
Not surprised Rishi Sunak is doing well on the polls, but a number of the issues with the financial support are down to him.
