If we end up with net negative immigration, theyâll just pivot from âkeep them outâ to âget rid of the ones that are hereâ.
Mass immigrationâŚ
lol
Fucking morons.
So is that your final point? I only ask because I fear you will ignore this response and move onto another one.
You tried to be a funny bugger, which is frustratingly a common theme with posters on here - myself included.
As I have stated, I posted a link I felt that I felt was relevant to the points you and the other poster were discussing. I never took a side, I never made a point or provided an opinion.
The other poster has not come back and cried about my post, hasnât jumped onto it as an attack on them. Why are you so bothered?
You didnât have to make a comment. You could have said, thanks for that but it doesnât relate to the points I was trying to make.
Yet you came back with some random response, one I havenât bothered trying to comprehend what you meant because I was not trying to engage in debate. A point I have tried to explain to you in various forms - I believe this to be the Third time - I have suggested we just agree to disagree and move on.
It is clear you donât like the sound of my voice/posts or have the capacity to understand where I am coming from. So why are you continuing to try and engage. It wasnât a further whine about people failing to engage, because again I didnât provide an opinion so how can I whine about no one providing a contrasting opinion if on this subject I never provided an opinion. The irony is that I havenât actually had to form an opinion, or challenge you on your opinion to prove that you are not open to hearing contrasting opinions because guess what, I hadnât even provided you with a contrasting opinion and you were closing it down.
Be the bigger man and just drop it, yeah?
You didnât have to make a comment. You could have said, thanks for that but it doesnât relate to the points I was trying to make.
This was my initial comment to you, in fullâŚ
That doesnât say what you are implying it does. what proportion of aged matched non-grads are out of work?
At no point, despite explicit requests to hear it, have you actually elaborated on what you thought this added to the discussion or defended its relevanceâŚyou know, like in an actual discussion of the issues. Itâs just meta commentary on the state of the discourse, one that you are ironically bringing down with this type of engagement.
This chart is doing the rounds. I need to verify it but it appears to be from the Guardian and ONS.
Interesting Graph, which could be interpreted in various ways depending on political view. It could be interpreted as Net Migration has reduced after a transitional period post Brexit, which is probably a pro for the Leave campaign.
You could also challenge the figures on the interference of Covid, the spike seems to coincide with the opening up of International travel corridors.
Reading between the lines of our correspondence, we both believe in Migration. It has been and will always be vital, even if at times in the past it has been unethical or abused.
I see the reduction of the UKâs population as a positive, given the amount of stress on the infrastructure. I am ha

Letâs just beg to differ

This is where we are going to waste each others time, going back and forth about interpretation of the intent and understanding of each others post. Which is unfair on the Forum.
I am happy to discuss this issue further if you want . Private Message me the points you were discussing originally and I will come back with my. views.
If not, letâs just move on.
Woah there sunshine. If you have been paying attention Iâve been critical of this government, and yes they are playing exactly the same game. This isnât a left Vs right issue. Itâs an up Vs down.
Iâll leave the rest of your post as is as youâre clearly not understanding what people are saying.
So out of the whole of my response, you have chosen to cherry pick one point, one which was not aimed at you directly. Furthermore, you quote me without context and defend it without evidence.
Do you not see the hypocrisy in your post? The platform of righteousness you place yourself on.
âWoah there sunshineâ
âIf I had been paying attentionâ
âIâll leave the rest of your post as youâre clearly not understanding what people are sayingâ
They are all suppressive comments.
So letâs try a few questions.
Leading up to the General Election did you believe in what Keir Starmer was saying?
Did you view his policies or lack of as RW?
Did you believe he could deliver âChangeâ the backbone of their Campaign?
Would you vote for Farage if it meant a more eco focused policy And a successful Government term(s)?

Thatâs just because youâre a left-wing nutjob who canât see whatâs right before you.
WAKE UP SHEEPLE!
Sorry are you @SBYM alter ego?
The only thing all you lefties know is just how to cancel someone you donât agree with!
Poor cancelled trolls!!!
Thank you for highlighting your ignorance
.
The irony is, you are about to cancel your Party Leader, the Prime minister because you donât agree with him. Poor lefties always right or always blaming the right.
Poor EU Leave, you may have secured the majority of the referendum vote but those Lefties took it wellâŚ
Poor Labour you couldnât get elected in power during 14 years of Tory Austerity.
Poor Labour who after 14 years, finally got elected into power but are not going to get a second term. Remind me how many Councillors they lost the over day.
Poor mandate of Change, but I will have those Taylor Swift tickets. Pay tax, etc.
Poor victims of the RW Media.
Poor victims of the RW MediaâŚ.
Etc, Etc.
We get on when we talk about football. Letâs just do that, eh?
What happens when we disagree over Football
. Will I be ordered to sit on the Racist, Reform voting, calling out Mascot, naughty step??
Hey man. How are you?
Did you get name checked?
If you are referring to my post then no he didnât. To be honest as frustrating as I find some of his posts, Redalways tends to go for the Monkey covers eye emoji.
Anyhow you should be privileged to be name checked. Because, despite showing no real signs of the ability to engage in intellectual debate, in my opinion your posting style and its abruptness actually provides a welcoming change to a Lynch/Mascot chasing our tail debate.
Thats a compliment by the way ![]()

To answer your questions though
- With a pinch of salt. The priority was getting the Tories out. I was hoping we would end up with something sensible. Note, I did not vote for them
- There was sensible talk of stability and growth, ending austerity. I was ok with that.
- I hoped we would see a fresh start away from the utter chaos and disaster the Tories brought.
- Never. He is exactly what I voted against before just on a much higher level. He is a fraud in it for the completely wrong reasons. That could be said of others but I am certain he would cause incredible damage to the UK.
But as Iâve said I think it is fair to have both concerns and being critical of some of the policy decisions that have followed. This isnât football where you defend your âteamâ to the bitter end, even though thatâs what it has become and certainly seems to be what youâre suggesting here.
I have no problem in saying that this government is not what I hoped to see. Some of it is understandable, quite a lot of it is not.
Interesting Graph, which could be interpreted in various ways depending on political view
Youâll honestly need to explain how âpolitical viewâ can change what it says.
A common tactic of the reform voter/supporter is to ask if you would vote for Farage if you knew it would deliver prosperity. Iâve been asked that loads of times. Itâs a sad attempt to gotcha you into admitting you just donât like the man and wonât give him a chance.
Nothing about the behaviour or politics of Nigel Farage suggests thatâs even a valid question to ask. Forget the casual racism and bigotry for a second - This idiot described Liz Trussâs budget as the best in decades.
Reform is a party of billionaires, created by billionaires, for the exclusive benefit of billionaires.
Itâs akin to asking âwould you get in the cage with that hungry tiger if you knew it wasnât going to eat you?.
Iâm usually on the side of the conned over the conmen, but anyone trusting this grifter after the shambles of his Brexit project is really just asking for it at this point.
This thread is becoming incredibly repetitive, boring and totally unreadable now with the usual 2 or 3 posters intent on point scoring. Give it a rest guysâŚor take your âconversationâ to a private area.
Great to see inflation only rose by 2.8% in the year up to April.
However, my bank balance and bills vehemently disagree.
Itâs just an average, have you tried the personalised one?
