Yes people are scared. And this fear has been weaponised by the far right English grifters and local paramilitaries, amplified by social media algorithms and years of demonising migrants in the billionaire owned media. As a result all refugees and asylum seekers become āanimalsā (to use your word), not just the attacker.
Worth noting there have been other stabbings here recently, including the murder of a mother and her unborn baby. There were no protests at all. The perpetrators were white

And I stand by everything Iāve said. In case itās escaped your notice these attacks are pretty commonplace now. Rapes, murders, stabbings on a daily basis. Itās not an isolated incident. And yes, people have had it foisted upon them without being consulted.
You know what I find incredible? Not a single person on this thread has made a mention of the initial incident. Not a mention of the victim. Not a single condemnation of the creature who committed the crime.
Yet people are quick to condemn the violence/rioting that resulted from it.
And people will wonder why Reform are so popular. The āthis is not who we areā brigade are out in force. When people are sick and tired of being ignored, not having their fears and concerns listened to by gutless politicians is it any wonder they take to the streets?

Having grown up not too far from Donny, I can tell you it is fucking grim for sexual abuse and peadophilia. And this is crime committed by ānativesā as Jaffod would say.
The thing that makes this story newsworthy, amidst the endemic levels of violence towards women and girls, that gives it intrigue and tension against the boring background noise of routine rape and assault that happens all the time, is the fact that it was committed by a foreign national.
Iām just fucking sick of people claiming that they want to protect women and girls, but only seem to get angry when it intersects with their dislike of foreigners.

Too right there are. I have been violently attacked twice on the street when I was younger. Once for being Jewish, and a second time for being gay.
The reasons for the attacks came as something of a surprise to me, but the common factor in both was bigots. Mindless bigots.

Look at official stats rather than whatever your social media algorithm shows you. We all know migration has increased over the past decade. Crime has been on a downward trend over the same time, including murders and knife crime.
Farage and company have lots of people believing the opposite

The reason why the rioting became the focus was because, while the murders were a tragic outcome of one personās psychosis, the riots were the result of a coordinated, cynical programme of inflamming tension.

I donāt know the area. I think I saw stats that 7% of violent crimes were by immigrants. 88% by British nationals. Of that order anyway.
I can certainly see a concern if immigration checks are not robust enough. But thereās another elephant in the room here as well.
Also worth noting that violent crime is well below peak levels of the 2000ās.

No, the incredible thing is that sexual assault and violence towards women is so routine itās barely worthy of a passing remark unless there is an immigration angle to spice the story up.
Police receive a domestic violence call every thirty seconds. One women is killed by a partner or ex partner every five days. You have to dig very deep into the backwaters of local media to read anything about these stories.
The problem is that now weāre taking our news almost exclusively from social media you are being fed stories that suit a political agenda and are likely not to be true anyway.
