I found the FOI for that. It doesnāt say where the arrested individuals were resident, only their nationality. Iām guessing that a fair chunk would be living in London, but there is no actual data on that. There is also no particular pattern as to their origin.

That conveniently forgets our role in Afghanistan, our role in Iran in the 1950ās, US foreign policy deliberately destabilising and overthrowing governments to place their people into power and open that country to US business. It ignores the role if the international banks that prey on poorer countries with crippling interest rates and having to deal in the US dollar to such an extent they canāt spend money on their own country.
