US Election 2024

After her initial lack of success in hard news they moved her to a day time slot talk show style program. Ellen DeGeneres was the most succesful at the time and she was known for playfully dancing with the fans on her way onto stage, a shtick that really played on the fact that the likeability of this host is really what drives the success of these shows (which is why when the stories of Ellen being a cunt surfaced the show imploded immediately). Kelly had zero, and someone at NBC had the amazing idea that she should start dancing during the show like Ellen to convince people she was likeable. How do you think that went?

Honestly, for as painful as that was for everyone, she probably deserved the $100m

Canā€™t wait for the ā€œWhere are they now?ā€ segment of the whole MAGA cast in 10 years.

They could still wipe out the entire population in Gaza, before recolonizing it, and then turn towards the West bank and do the same. I donā€™t think that Trump would mind one bit to be honest.

Thatā€™s exactly what theyā€™re doing in Gaza, and West Bank is almost entirely recolonised already. Palestinians have herded into small enclaves and can only travel, work, use water and electricity etc at the behest of Israel

Remember, when people claim that MAGA doesnt have a problem with legal immigration they are either lying or dont know what they are talking about

Tis a bit rich of Kamala ā€œTop Copā€ Harris to preach bodily autonomy when she convicted/destroyed the lives of so many people in California for smoking a little weed.

The Harris campaignā€™s first post-debate ad , on their number one subject unsurprisingly. (I guess weā€™ll have to wait a little longer for the Cats and Dogs one. )

Bier is from the Cato Institute, the long time small government policy arm of the Republican party

People may favour Trump over the ISSUE of immigration, but it is either because they completely misunderstood his failures and ideas from his first term, or they want a return to such cruel and failed policy in the interest of curbing all forms of immigration (yes, even legal).

Theyā€™ll still vote for Trump.

Because they know he is lying about his ā€œmoderateā€ stance.

Run this through

  • Trump lies about a group of people and incites anger towards them
  • A series of violent threats follow resulting the in the closing of schools, hospitals, and government buildings because of credible threats received against them echoing Trumpā€™s comments
  • Trump rejects the opportunity to clearly and unequivocally condemn the threats
  • Trump also rejects the opportunity to adjust course on his rhetoric after seeing where it leads and instead doubles down on the lie (calling them illegal) now no longer being able to claim he doesnt understand the consequence of it.

I donā€™t condone any celebration of what happened to Trump with the assassination attempt, but these fuckers absolutely forgo their expectation of not being subject to threats or violence or getting upset at people celebrating it.

Rules for thee but not for me. Arenā€™t you familiar with modern ā€œconservativismā€?

Same playbook that Farage and co use in the uk. Look where thats got us .

Trump apologist who doesnt know what they are talking about: ā€œNo, when they say their problem is with immigration, they mean illegal immigrationā€¦ā€

This whole claiming ignorance tactic is wearing thin too.
He is supposed to be a candidate for president of the country and is apparently concerned about the city of Springfield, but heā€™s unaware of four recent bomb threats in the city which have been reported all over the news.
Iā€™m a British bloke on holiday in Italy and I know about them.
Of course he knows, and heā€™s avoiding condemning them, but why donā€™t the interviewers challenge him?

Was not his ex-wife Ivana, the Mother of his eldest children a direct immigrant in the 70ā€™sā€¦ Same with Melania, was she not also an immigrant in the 90ā€™s -
He seems to have a prejudice, simply against anyone, and everyone he has a distrust against.
The road he is running on away from his charges, and his eventual imprisonment, is seemingly getting shorter by the hour

If Kamala wins this election hands down, he wonā€™t be Orange anymore, he will be toasted a nice crisp burnt colour.
