We had road gritters out yesterday

I was at West Acton towards Ealing Broadway.
I already was in a fragile state of mind, after having an MRi scan. I felt very claustrophobic in that machine. I started confessing all my sins to God and asked for forgiveness :see_no_evil_monkey:

I had a 45 minute mri scan on my head a few weeks ago and to be honest I found it so relaxing, I was almost asleep.

All as a result of a routine eye test but everything was normal… ish..

I had a prostate checkup last week.
Doctor apologised before the examination.
I said it’s probably worse for you than it is for me.

I had to smile…just sounded like the comments from my hubby…he’s at that age when he has these checks…and now says he checks which doctor he’s going to see…and looks at his hands…:scream::scream::scream:

Didn’t get it in Scotland, so had to look it up.

The alert, that will be sent on a rolling basis from approximately 19:00, will warn people not to light anything that could spark a fire, including barbecues, campfires, and fireworks.

If anyone needs to be told this, then we as a species truly are fucked

FIFY

That’s just giving a free pass to the fucking morons who clearly do need to be told it.
Unfortunately, the fact they’re dumb enough to need to be told means they’re also dumb enough to ignore the warnings

It was at a soft play area, wifey and daughters favourite pic.

Listening to babies scream is heartbreaking

In Australia back in the 1980’s, fires were simply banned. I’d honestly go that far here in the UK too. And I’d ban those disposable bbq’s outright. Fed up of finding them half buried on the beach.

Sadly people do need to be told.

I still think we are young budding, idealistic, revolutionary, full of new ideas and adventures.

Our In-match discussion thread proves it
