Interesting story here in Oz after one of the countries largest and most successful sporting teams, the Sydney Swans AFL team, have today stood down 5 players for the rest of the season. 3 of them are the best players.
This right on the eve of the finals and they are in contention.
Turns out the lads got on the piss post match and then had some females back to the hotel room after the bar closed. Now what could go wrong I ask?
Enter the police after one of the young ladies claimed sexual assault. Thatās all we know and no charges yet.
Still they are all stood down and the media frenzy and fallout is massive.
Whilst some clubs around the world would look for the cover up, secret payments, or use the excuse they havenāt been charged yet in order to keep the top players on the field, the Swans went hard.

I did have something similar happen with a glass table once. I put a mug of hot coffee on it, and after a couple of minutes it shattered. I think it is to do with the heat distorting locally and hitting a fault in the glass.

It was a mullet. If anyone has seen Paul Hogans killer mullet sketch they will know.
We had this with a fire surround. It just broke completely. Yeah, we were finding bits of glass everywhere.

Itās a wild story. Still cannot get past the fact they were boozed and high at 5am when they were due to fly back to Sydney before lunchtime, and all that before they thought hiring some adult entertainment to visit their hotel room was a good idea.
