Yeah, it is a different consideration, but being in the EL rather than the CL changes things again. Mo really shouldnt be anywhere near any of these EL groups games so you’ve got one obvious candidate for a non-HG player you can cut from the squad. You can probably say the same with Thiago. We’ll need to reevlauate for the KO rounds, but you can submit an updated squad before those games start anyway

Bella Ketchup is a decent player. Young German central defender, from Southampton.
The issue is whether or not he could be good enough to be one of the best pairing, moving forward in a future after Matip and Van Dijk.
I’m not sure he would be that good, but he is certainly good enough to replace an aging Matip in today’s pecking order, as a good back up option for us.

Bajcetic being used as a CB for Spain u21. Could be a further indication of his versatility
It’s actually where he started his career but I guess that his technical ability and dynamism enabled him to play further ahead. We’ll see whether he grows taller, height isn’t a bad trait to have in PL.
