Who do you wish to sell

Take anything north of £10m for either of them. If they’re not going to be part of things then we need to move them on for their own careers and so we can top up the coffers and get on with our incoming business.

Need a good sell on clause for Neco he’s going to get a big move in a few years

If it is late in the window, I would take as low as £8M for Phillips just to draw a line under it and let him get on with his career. I wouldn’t go lower than £12M for Neco. £20M the pair is my baseline.

There might be a reason why I’m sitting here on my iPad and not working for LFC!

I think he’ll get a big move like Jay Spearing did, all hype and nothing will come of it….me personally

Chamberlain needs to be moved on, depending on who we are targeting Minamino might be off too, Phillips, Neco, Rhys and Koumetio sell em all on.
I forgot about Davies he should fetch a couple of million.

I think we should sell Alisson while he has value and install Kelleher as our first choice.

If it’s true that JoGo is going to sign a new contract, it would make Neco’s departure an inevitability surely.

It looks like Neco, Ox and Taki will all probably leave, and hopefully Phillips and Davies too. No disrespect to any of them. It’s a sign of our health that the standard of players who are surplus to our requirements is so high these days.

We should get about 45-50 million* for those, plus a reduction in the wage bill, mainly from Ox.

In addition to the Mane money our net spend will not be high.

*£ or € I’ll leave to the financial wizards to decide.

Hopefully we will get good deals for Ben and Nat too. Even £10-12m for the pair is pretty decent.

Looks like Ox is staying at the moment.

Strange from Ox himself. Looked like he was moody all season and I was thinking he had enough.

First of all, there has to be a buyer.

We want £10m, but someone needs to have a clear idea what to do with him positionally and then there’s the whole financial package for the next few years. Perhaps there just isn’t such a willing buyer right now.

Plus, it’s not easy to leave Liverpool at the moment, with the period we are in, success, being so close to more trophies, atmosphere, key members signing new contracts, etc. It’s more us who will disappoint some of our players than them move mountains in order to get a move.

Plus, with his partner and new baby, I believe it’s not “whatever” where they’ll live next.

Plus, he will have more options when he’s free next summer and also financially possibly a better package.

I also thought he would move, but I certainly don’t mind (especially if Klopp doesn’t mind having 1-2 extra players who are good and useful like Ox) if he stays and acts as a professional, which I feel he will continue doing. He remains a positive character inside the dressing room I believe.

Be fit, be ready and you never know how things can develop. He can cover a few positions and has experience.

100%. He is bound to seek the security of familiar surroundings than the hassle of settling in a new environment.

for the first year or two of a newborn, routine is critical. but until they hit school age they can move around a bit and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ox move to a different city where he wants the child to grow up, as he grew up on the South Coast. Could be that he moves to Bournemouth/Soton/Brighton to finish his career and his family can establish some roots if his parents/siblings live in the area

While ox is much better than lingard , his injury problems keep him at somewhere close to lallana.

I’d like to sell Phillips and Davies because they both deserve careers, even if at a lower level.

Now that Ben Davies is sold and Rhys Williams is sent on loan, Nat Phillips and Sepp van den Berg are the remaining senior players who could be the fifth CB. Would you prefer one of them to stay (at least until January)?

I’d prefer to keep Sepp and sell Nat. VDB has a chance, even if remote, of one day becoming a first team player. Nat will never be that and could be having a decent career in the Championship. I’d rather players, especially at that age, actually play first team football, even at a lower level, than hang around the squad.
No disrespect to either of them.

Loan Nat till the winter window , there will always be premier league teams who will have an injury crisis that would go for him.

Totally agree
