Who would you buy? (Part 2)

Has anyone seen much of Matías Soulé at Roma? He’s a 23 year old Argentinian left footed right winger who has been linked to Aston Villa or a move to the Saudi Pro League.

40m Euro asking price

I hope we do. Agree, some of them have looked great. And the one I was looking forward to watching the most, Abde, isn’t even playing. Got injured in the last warmup game before the tournament.

He’ll fit in well at Liverpool then.

I’m warming to the idea of going after Minteh.

His scoring numbers are not great but that is a large part because he doesn’t shoot much either. It’s not uncommon for a young player to suddenly find his scoring boots.

Considering the price of others, I think he would be a bargain at 50M or less

I would buy Maza the Algerian midfielder, he has just completed in the Wc, 12 dribbles 2 more than Diomande who is in fifth place.
He is quick and very young, plays for Beyerleverkusen I think.

I was curious about him going into the tournament. Seen him just sporadically for Leverkusen, thought he looked interesting, but haven’t seen any of Algeria’s games so far.

I was tired but could not sleep and decided to watch them against Austria and he was very good indeed and assisted in one the Algerian goals. Initially he was on the bench in their first game against Argentina but the manager has trusted him now,

William Gomes is a good shout. Portuguese league develops some pretty good talent and he’s a Brazilian.

Right now it looks like Man United, Arsenal, and Newcastle are tracking him with interest. Report: Man United Track €45m Porto Winger Amid Arsenal Interest](Report: Man United Track €45m Porto Winger Amid Arsenal Interest)

How incredibly funny would it be to GAZUMP another Newcastle target?

Gomes has a 70m pound release clause but his club looks wiling to take less than that. How about we throw 50m quid on the table and bring him the Brazilian wonderkid?

He would probably be cheaper than Rayan and offer similar upside in talent.

Newcastle, eh..?

What about ezzaxzouli or el khannous

I could certainly see a right footed RW who puts crosses and pulls backs from the touch line in the box making more sense than a left footed goal scorer given we have Isak and Ekitike in the center looking to score instead of Bobby pulling defenders away from the box and creating spaces for the wingers.

Damn did your research. Nice job.

For me he looks ready to step up. And at 50 to 70 maximum, much better value for money at a similar age to Diomande.

Would leave us with much more cash to spend elsewhere. He has played in Europeans tournaments too and done quite well.

Plays the same position as Wirtz though

Reminds me of Erik Lamela

Not that quick but quite skilful and a good technique with his left

I like the look of Orlando Gill. Looks like he has everything, great physical stature, great reactions, really good distribution, excellent penalty stopper. 26 so not a kid which is good for the challenges of moving from South America to the UK.

Yes to both! Although apparently the latter was just bought by Stuttgart. For €15m..! What a steal that looks like now.

I know he’s an ex manc but twice removed. I’d absolutely go for Anthony Elanga

Sorry he only has speed, little else.

His speed is so savage that all he has to do is make Simone passes to set up gos
