Who would you buy? (Part 2)

Interesting shout. The immediate thought is how much would the wages be, and how far have his legs gone? Obviously he is in a different league to Nunez in terms of finishing, even way past his peak.

Mathias Soule seems to be a decent RW! The last RW we got from Roma wasn’t too shabby,eh?

He is also an ex-manc so he can fuck right off.

And continue fucking off after that.

He’s another who seems to have lost a year of football to injuries and at that age you wonder how that impacts his development.

I certainly wouldn’t be comfortable relying on him as an option but would be a great ā€œnice to haveā€ if he can get past the injuries.

Quite skilful and a good left foot. Reminds me a bit of Lamela.

Like him I think he does lack a yard of pace

And I reckon he wouldn’t cost us too much too! He can cover AM as well too!

Available for Free? Still seems a little over priced unless it comes with a time machine to get the version from first time round at Dortmund before he got ruined.

Classic case of a player having all the talent in the world but not the mentality to match it.

I’m not for touching any player who’s been ruined after being violated by United.

I don“t think he was even that talented tbh

Worth a look.

There really arent many stand our RW options right now.

As I say, the one concern is if he has that pace.

He doesn’t. He is more reliant on trickery.

Now hear me out people…

Yeah I think you“re right. Trickery is nice but I think pace and trickery is the winning formula. That pace to get away from players or in behind just adds another level.

Kvara at PSG would be an exception but he is exceptionally tricky. He“s also surrounded by pace up front and on the right wing, which makes up for it somewhat. Maybe we could do similar. Soule and then somebody quicker on the left.

Kvara isn’t the fastest but his combination of enough quickness plus strength to hold off the defender after bamboozling them is what makes him so deadly.
Prime Salah had something similar, not clever tricks Ć  la Ronaldinho but super quick feet and drag aka and cuts and then blaze past defenders. Plus Mo is still built like a tank!!

Yeah although I think Salah was very quick off the mark and that took him to the next level.

it“s not everything but it does make up for a lot. Wouldnt say Lamal or Olise are rapid rapid like Dembele but they“re still considerable quicker and more dynamic than Soule.

Also, extremely fast players are not extremely durable. Dembele has had a lifetime worth of injuries.

Looked quick enough when he was flying past Gabriel to score!
