Our workplace still gets faxes every day - the faces on some of the young staff who don’t even remember land line phones are tremendous when you have to explain it to them.
That said Spurs presumably still use an Amstrad Emailer and they have managed to get deals over the (phone)line.

I will stick to what I said a few days ago.
This guy is not 100 million + player.I know the transfer market has gone crazy. But that’s not an excuse to spend lavishly. Most of our expensive signings are yet to justify their fees already.
Barcola’s end product including finishing is extremely questionable. He is not built for a low block and especially physical league like ours.
This amount of money should have been rather spent on revitalizing our midfield with Camarra and Kone.
And, I am surprised that some people still don’t want to address the elephant in the room, i.e. Hughes. It’s been an atrocious window for the new manager.He is being handicapped by Hughes and that twat has been chasing Barcola for the last 3 months, ignoring the other key areas of the pitch. What about right back,midfield and where’s the cover for Isak ?
We had 6 months since Mo was announced to be departing and we can’t scout or find a player in this world for right wing , is it ? The easiest answer you will always here is there is no better player available in his position…so we must strengthen left wing.
How did we find Munoz if that were the case. The problem is there were many pacy potential wingers available who can play left and right both which are more value for money and cheaper than Barcola.We just need to go back to basics.We could have got atleast two of the following…none of them more than 50-60 million

We just let them all slipped by. Because Hughes likes to chase the shiniest most expensive toy available in the market.
After Isak and wirtz, it should be quite obvious the profile we should look for, must have the most basic requirement for this league. Physicality and work rate…and Barcola I am sorry doesn’t have it in him. Our midfield is already a bunch of softies…if u know what I mean.
Another thing that most people are forgetting,is that Barcola hasn’t played any minutes since July 3rd world cup playoff game. So, we are getting another unfit player. Guess how that worked out last summer when we got Isak.
If Barcola signs and proves me wrong I will happily come here and apologize.
I would rather prefer us to go back to basics and find potential which is value for money.
