Funny thing with Mane was that he had an improved offer on the table atleast 1-2 years back. If he had taken up that offer, the money he would have been making would be the same as to what he would be getting at Bayern considering he would be on improved terms for the next 2-3 years. He can’t claim to be underpaid and undervalued at LFC when he’s not signed the contract that was kept in front of him. If you run down the contract , you lose quite a bit of money for the remainder of the contract length.

I also don’t think we’d be paying £20m out to various family, friends, advisors, hairdressers etc
