Fabinho (DM) to Al-Ittihad

Exactly. All things being equal, I stated the order I would have them leave. But, since I expect them all to be bit part players, to one degree or another as we move forward, then money talks.

Certainly should bite their hands off for 40m for Fabinho,Hendo on the other hand if he goes and they pay him that his bank manager will do house calls.

A devastating loss.

Yeah, itā€™s strange that many people hold football clubs and players to a higher ethical standard than they apply to their elected representatives and their armed forces.

For me, not really. Henderson kind of has a legacy to uphold in terms of what he has done off-field. If we were being offered Ā£40m for Henderson or Ā£10m for Fab, I would still choose Fab moving. I am fairly certain all our Brazilian players were Bolsonaro supporters so seeing them going to Saudi Arabia for their last payday sort of makes sense. Henderson has spent his career fighting just causes so going to Saudi Arabia jars with that.

For me it isnā€™t all about the money.

Such transfers would be slightly different to Bobby for example. For Bobby he is the only person who decided whether where to go, not that I have strong feelings against him joining Saudi clubs. For Hendo and Fabinho, if anyone were to blame the players for taking oil blood money, then you have to blame the club for willingly do business with them too.

Iā€™m sick of Fabrizio - itā€™s easy to be right about a lot of transfers when you vomit out as many tweets a day as he does. He can ā€œhere we goā€ himself in to the bin as far as Iā€™m surprised.

He is just like our Chinese fortune tellers. They tell everyone that success and prosperity will come soon but they cannot tell exactly when as this is heavenly secrets. Tell it a hundred times, he is bound to get it right and will be hailed as the next coming.

Liverpool have received a Ā£40 million offer from Al Ittihad for Fabinho, who will not be travelling with the club for their training camp in Germany as he ties up his future. Jordan Henderson is part of the travelling squad.

This could change during the day based on negotiations butā€¦ understand that Fabinho will NOT travel to Germany for pre season tour.Negotiations with Al Ittihad, advancing ā€” player already agreed personal terms. Told Jordan Henderson WILL travel with the squad.

All the usual suspects publishing tweets at the exact same time. Clearly a brief from the club and canā€™t imagine they do that unless theyā€™re pretty sure heā€™s out the door.

Dubious about all these stories now

Its done. Expect Lavia new today.

Melissa and Joyce are almost club mouthpieces. They do not tweet anything related to transfers unless itā€™s come from the source.

Liverpool confirm Fabinho wonā€™t travel to Germany for pre-season following an official Ā£40m offer from Al-Ittihad. Expectation is the deal gets done. Jordan Henderson is part of the squad

Its a difficult one, because I think Fab probably would have been the one out of Hendo and him to play more football for us this season, but I think a large-ish offer like that and I would take it and keep Hendo. Iā€™ve never really felt comfortable with Henderson leaving to go over there given what he does and believes in off-field.

Looks like Henderson deal isnā€™t happening.

But Lavia in for Fabinho out would be an improvement. And still have the likes of Henderson/ Thiago/ Bajcetic who can play #6

Basically the perfect scenario, for me.
