Fabinho (DM) to Al-Ittihad

i actually think if this deal goes thru lfc will let hendo go for less…

Would hold Tyler Morton in the first team squad till the Jan window atleast.

Pearce:

Moises Caicedo is not viewed as a serious option with the Brighton midfielder expected to join Chelsea. However, Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat, Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch and Manchester City’s Kalvin Phillips are among those under consideration, along with Lavia.

Phillips. :joy: :coffin:

If the club ittifaq can’t pay 20m for a player , what’s the guarantee that they can pay 2.8m per month over a three year period to Hendo ?

3 of those are shite. Lavia the one for me. Young and Klopp can mould him into what he wants

I’m by no means fully sold on Lavia, but I’d still take him over Amrabat, Gravenberch or Phillips.

Amravati - No
Gravenberch - not a #6
Kalvin Phillips - taking the piss.

amrabat is the new Simao - wil still be linked in 2035

weather they can pay hendo his salary or not will not be LFC problem, but klopp will not keep a player who does not want to be here

That’s exactly how I’ve always pictured you GK

cheap options

Amrabat will end up playing for a club like west ham / palace. That’s his level. Nowhere good enough to be playing for Liverpool

or Pablo Aimar - When Rafa came in we were linked with him for years

Thread was on track for all of five minutes

If we do not get Lavia and FSG won’t get any other midfielder to replace Fabinho , I’d still have Morton in the squad than any of the three mentioned by Pearce.

Think we all know it’s Lavia we want and other names are probably being fed to Pearce to make it seem like we’re not putting all our eggs in that basket.

If Henderson also goes then I could see an Amrabat type coming in, provided the fee is sensible, with a view to being a bridge for a couple years whilst Lavia develops and we see what type of midfielder Bajcetic grows into. It’s not ideal but Caceido seems to be off elsewhere and Tchouaneni isn’t likely to be available so not sure there’s a ready made longer term option out there for us right now.

Kalvin Phillips is under consideration to replace Fabinho.

@JamesPearceLFC

Fuck James Pearce , he needs to go into the unreliable tweet section.

While Lavia will remain on the radar, Klopp and new sporting director Jorg Schmadtke will be forced to broaden their search with a different age profile presumably a consideration. Phillips, Amrabat and Gravenberch could also be considered.
