They can. But he also now has the bench mark of what we are willing to offer him as well, which will likely make anything any foreign club offer him seem far less attractive.

Only if current team hasn’t made an offer on equal or better terms by the third Saturday in May, iirc.

Yes. It will be the best benchmark for the Tribunal. Basically, fee set by PFCC cannot now be more than what was agreed today (whatever that amount was). Good argument that it will have to be considerably less.
