Fulham dont need him to play more matches. Are we allowed to get players just to train with us ?
Just send him over and let him be part of tbe training sessions and soak in the anfield atmosphere.
I don’t think it’s been officially announced yet has it? Anyway, on 5 Live the Fulham commentator repeatedly called him “Liverpool-bound Carvalho”.

Not sure it would work in rl, but on FM I would offer him a 4 week trial which would time to end just before his contract starts.
It’s more about having him train with the squad etc. Nothing to do with him being in the actual playing XI. Saves quite a bit of time with pre-season bonding. Fulham have won the championship and don’t have any other reason to play him.
I think it’s madness calling for him to come right now - there’s no need for getting him in the squad now to train - he’s had a season to remember, being integral to part of Fulham getting back in the PL. It’s time for him to enjoy the last few games of the season with his Fulham team mates and the fans before he makes his next career move.
It’s go time in our season too - and we are looking to make history - it’s very much not the time to introduce a player into team training, especially one that can’t take part in matches. There’s always a risk it upsets the apple cart - and right now - do not do anything that can upset it.
He’ll be a red on June 1 or whatever, and will have a full pre-season. That’s fine by me.

To be fair we are still potentially playing for another month when his season ends. I assume Neco will come back in that period though I don’t think he can play.

The deal is confirmed by Tony Khan, Fulham’s vice-chairman and director of football operations.
On the flip side, there is already one major challenge on the horizon for Fulham bearing in mind they will have to fill the considerable void left by Fabio Carvalho’s impending transfer to Liverpool.
Carvalho has been one of the standout players of Fulham’s season but the 19-year-old is out of contract this summer. The pull of Anfield is strong and a deal has been agreed that will see him move to Merseyside on July 1 and Fulham receive £5 million, with another £2.7 million in potential add-ons, rather than the fee is decided by a tribunal.
Khan wants to sound positive. “I really like Fabio. He’s a player we have always rated, coming out of the academy, and we would have loved to have kept him. But we have made a deal that is best for the club and, since that agreement, it’s worked out wonderfully because he has been such a valuable part of the promotion.
