I think ACL’s usually affect your movement, change of direction running. So, as long as he is able to run with/without ball at a decent speed, there must be directional changes(he wouldn’t be running in a straight line), which will hopefully ensure his ACL has recovered substantially.
I am quite relaxed on this and I fully trust the club’s medical department to sort this one out.

Yea that is also why I heard a rumour that his medical will be running from Juve in a zig zag line to France before swimming across the channel. That is the due diligence required of a big club like ours.
